By accessing or using the Aquitio application and Vintaga website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Description of Service

Aquitio is a mobile application designed to help users track and manage their whisky investments, including casks and bottles. The service provides portfolio management tools, valuation estimates, and investment insights.

Valuation Disclaimer

Important: All valuations provided by Aquitio are estimates based on our proprietary methodology and available market data. These valuations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as:

• Financial advice or investment recommendations
• Guaranteed sale prices or market values
• Professional appraisals or certifications
• Insurance valuations

Actual market values may vary significantly from our estimates. We recommend consulting with qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Subscription and Payments

Some features of Aquitio may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Our refund policy as stated in the app stores

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vintaga Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or investment returns
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Decisions made based on our valuations
• Errors or inaccuracies in our estimates

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vintaga Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms
